Fresh norwegian salmon tossed in a classic hawaiian-style shoyu marinade, topped with yuzu kosho aioli, pickled red onions, ripe avocado, spring onions, pickled cabbage, edamame and topped with nori furikake. Served with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi on the side.

Hand-picked real jumbo lump crab tossed with our charred jalapeño cilantro aioli, served with fresh mango and red chili , pickled red onion, ripe avocado, fresh corn, hijiki seaweed salad, and topped with crispy shallot furikake. Served with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi on the side.
